Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in PEGA Technology Platform
- CLSA certification will be an advantage
- Able to travel abroad and work in project assignments
Required Skills:
- Provide technical leadership and lead large client projects
- Develop innovative solutions for complex assignments
- Identify and drive process optimization
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Mentor and guide development teams
- Research industry best practices
