Job Description
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Windows/MAC OS and laptops, including rolling out Windows updates.
- Experience in handling IT incidents, service requests organization, and IT change requests, including on-prem to cloud migration.
- Expertise in creating server backups, server backup replacement as a rollback plan for application failures.
- Skilled in handling IIS operations, creating/updating IIS sites, and servers.
- Experience with DR processes during severe outages, Azure Cloud, and Terraform.
- Ability to write code using Terraform, managing services in Microsoft Azure, and Azure certifications.
- Proficiency in Azure VMs, SQL, CI/CD Pipelines in Azure DevOps, and handling firewalls.
- Understanding of Datacenter and related operations.
