Job Description
Salary – 270,00 – 320,00 LKR
Key Requirements
- 6 – 8 years of experience in System Support
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in handling windows/MAC OS and laptops
- Hands-on experience in rolling out windows updates across the organization
- Should have experience in handling IT incidents and service requests
- Should be capable of handling IT change requests including migration of on-prem to cloud
- Should be an expert in handling IIS operations
- Experience in Azure cloud, Terraform, Azure VMs, and SQL MIs
- Experience using CI/CD Pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Experience in handling firewalls and related operations
- Understanding of Datacenter and its related operations
