Job Description
Disclaimer: This is an independent consultancy contract for a period of 06 months.
Lead with Quality Assurance | Manual Testing, Quality Assurance | Performance / Load Testing – we can opt for Senior Engineer, and above, as well.
Major Responsibilities:
- Practice best QE guidelines defined by the QE department.
- Identify business and product risks, suggest, and execute mitigation plans.
- Review test plans and test strategies.
- Effort estimation.
- Responsible for overall quality of the product/s delivery.
- If automation
- Scripting and troubleshooting.
- Lead to enhance the automation framework.
- Define and ensure quality metrics.
- Lead two or more projects.
- Identify skill gaps of resources and mentor them.
- Follow Agile processes.
- Ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow the hierarchy when there is a need for any escalation.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge in testing concepts and models.
- Hands-on experience in test automation tools (Selenium).
- Understanding of different automation models (screen-driven/scenario-based).
- Experience in CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience in NFT on Mobile testing (Android/iOS).
- Good knowledge in different product domains.
- Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (B.Sc) or B.Sc. equivalent qualification with 7+ years of experience.
