Job Description
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective information and records management practices. Collaborating with stakeholders, the Officer ensures alignment with operational needs, organizational effectiveness, and strategic goals.
- Experience working with global cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizing tasks to devise effective solutions.
- Experience in managing document and records management systems using technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Purview, or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools.
- Proficiency in integrating information and document management best practices across various systems and departments, including portals, intranets, and databases.
- Demonstrate leadership in driving information change management initiatives within a large corporate environment.
