Job Description
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, conduct team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
- Requirement Elicitation: Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders for streamlined workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with development, QA, and project management teams for effective communication.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, facilitate communication between units and project team.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirement documentation and business analysis tools.
- Knowledge of telecommunication domain and Sprint planning methodologies.
