Job Summary: The Lead Business Analyst at Kerner Norland will drive business improvements through data analysis, process enhancement, and leading a team of analysts. This role requires deep business process understanding and strong analytical skills.
Experience: 7+ years in business analysis, leadership experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related (Master’s preferred).

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team.
Working Mode: Full-Time, On-site
