Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer to spearhead our key service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in no-code/low-code tools and extensive experience with OpenAI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Make.com, Zapier, Voiceflow, and Botpress.
- Create and optimize chatbots and voice-based agents.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to define project requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of OpenAI models.
- Build custom GPTs and work with large language models (LLMs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automation engineering.
- Expertise in Make.com, Zapier, Voiceflow, Botpress.
- Extensive experience with OpenAI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building custom GPTs and working with LLMs.
Preferred:
- Experience in AI-driven customer support solutions.
- Familiarity with other AI and ML frameworks.
- Leadership experience in tech or AI-focused roles.
