Job Description
As a lead analyst at Uzabase Sri Lanka, you will be involved in producing detailed industry reports, trend reports, and providing insights on Southeast Asian Markets. You will work on projects for the business intelligence platform SPEEDA, collaborate with Japanese analysts, and lead junior analysts in their professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in writing industry reports, advanced Excel skills preferred
- Experience in managing junior or senior teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Membership in CIMA, ACCA, or related professional body
DESIRED SKILLS
- Strong interest in finance, economics, or investment research
- Passion for creating high-quality reports
- Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Team management or leadership experience
- Comfortable in a diverse environment with open communication
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluency in English—strong written and verbal skills
