Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in real-world applications.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI/machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing) and experience applying them to solve complex problems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and practices, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
