Job Description
As an LCL Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments. You will coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include managing shipment schedules, resolving delivery issues, and optimizing delivery routes for cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will track and report on delivery performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
We are seeking a candidate with strong logistics coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain management is preferred.
