Job Description
We are currently seeking a Laboratory Manager for our client, one of the leading Manufacturing companies located in Horana.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Textile/Chemical from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in textile dyeing and finishing with team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of color management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices in Laboratory operations and drive continuous improvement in KPIs.
- Ensure consistency in lab to bulk reproducibility and collaborate with operational teams for quality control.
