Job Description
Our client, JFS Holdings Limited, a leading manufacturing company based in Horana, is looking for a skilled individual to join their team as a Laboratory Manager.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations to ensure products meet technical specifications and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Textile/Chemical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in textile dyeing and finishing with leadership skills.
- Proficiency in visual and digital color management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices and improve KPIs in laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure lab-to-bulk reproducibility.
