Job Description
Essential Functions
- Liaising with lab in charges for all finance related matters and assisting them with the finance knowhow.
- Implementing internal controls for remote labs and conducting surprise visits.
- Ensuring accurate accounting of income and expenses.
- Banking daily cash/credit card collections promptly.
- Processing routine payments to doctors and professionals.
- Managing monthly incentives for staff and preparing revenue reports.
- Recording lab stocks accurately and coordinating with outstations.
- Arranging monthly rent payments and ensuring adequate insurance covers.
- Reporting financial data to Management timely and accurately.
- Preparing annual budget and monitoring operations against it.
