Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated L1 Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As an L1 Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers either remotely or on-site.
Your main tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer inquiries, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams. Additionally, you will be expected to document all interactions and resolutions in our system for future reference.
