Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in HR Payroll and customer invoicing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
