Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our Indian Kitchen team. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to create authentic and flavorful Indian dishes. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Indian cuisine, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent teamwork skills. Previous experience in a similar role and a culinary degree are preferred but not required.
