Job Description
Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support.
- Manage the diary, meeting appointments, traveling arrangements, phone calls, emails, and reminders.
- Receive and route incoming emails/memos.
- Schedule meetings and take minutes when needed.
- Maintain a filing system for confidential documents.
- Assist with tender documents, invoicing, and agreements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- G.C.E A/L with Credit pass in Mathematics and English in G.C.E O/L.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Secretary.
- Must be fluent in Sinhala & English, Tamil is a plus.
- Good IT skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong organizing, PR, and communication skills.
