Job Description
CLARION SHIPPING (PVT) LTD is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Junior Executive- Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to understand customer requirements, business opportunities, and threats.
- Prospecting for new business by arranging meetings with potential MLO’s and NVOCC’s.
- Providing feedback received from customers through surveys and interviews to enhance service performance.
- Maintaining statistics to improve market share.
- Sharing information with stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring consistency of service quality by following standard processes and driving quality improvement initiatives.
