Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Analytics/Management from a recognized institute and Part Qualifications from AAT/CA/CMA/CIMA/ACCA. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Risk Management/Auditing at an Audit Firm/Mercantile Establishment is essential to perform this role. Integrity and independence along with analytical, communication, and organizational skills are key attributes and competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Identifying and assessing significant business risks across the Group
• Conducting regular risk assessments/reviews to ensure effective operational management
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive risk registers to track and monitor Group risks
• Coordinating with SBUs to update registers and perform periodic reviews
• Engaging with the Management to determine risk mitigation strategies
• Conducting risk-based audits covering operational/financial processes
• Implementing best practices in compliance with internal standards/regulations
• Minimizing business/financial risks through effective control measures
