Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Reward Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the rewards department, assist in developing reward programs, and analyze reward data.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail. Prior HR or reward management experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
