Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are obtained and recorded correctly.
- Follow up on payments, updates, amendments, and cancellations for reservations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, rates, availability, and promotions for guest information.
- Coordinate with hotel teams for seamless guest experiences.
- Provide daily booking updates and assist in revenue reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of similar role experience in hospitality.
- Excellent English language skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays.
- Effective team player.
