Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other online platforms.
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are obtained and recorded correctly in the PMS.
• Follow up on payments, update amendments, and process cancellations for all reservations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, rates, availability, and special promotions.
• Coordinate with the operations and hotel teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Provide daily updates on bookings and conversions.
• Assist in revenue reports and other required reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality.
• Excellent English language skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Effective team player.
