Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project Manager based in Colombo.
- Collaborate with technical teams to plan, execute, and monitor software development projects.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide support to the project manager and senior team members as needed.
