Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with production team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area
- Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
