Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will solve key customer issues, identify new technology opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring network appliances and systems
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network operating systems
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Staying updated on IT security standards
- Participating in various projects
- Reading technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Advanced diploma in IT or related field
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Located in Western Province, willing to travel within Sri Lanka
- Experience with industry solutions (Cisco, HPE Aruba, etc)
- CCNA certified, ITIL/CEH preferred
- Project management skills
- Strong knowledge of network technologies
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent documentation abilities
