Job Description
Jobenvoy.com is seeking a Junior Oracle Database Engineer for a prominent Financial service provider in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and supporting Oracle databases.
- Install and configure Oracle databases and WebLogic.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement security measures and perform backups.
- Collaborate with teams on projects.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Document procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Advantageous: RHCSA/RHCE and OCA/OCP certifications.
