Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Operations Manager at Visual Studios Plus in Colombo. The Junior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with different teams, managing projects and schedules, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Junior Operations Manager will also be responsible for optimizing processes and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
