Job Description

We are hiring for HR-related operations department at WPS Inplace.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in BPO industry/operational department.
• A graduate or an undergraduate in HR or any other disciplines.
• Good communication & PR skills.
• Good computer literacy (Proficiency in word, excel, and creative designing will be advantageous).
• A good team player who is flexible and willing to partner change management initiatives.
• Good leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder management through professional communications of meetings, emails, etc.
• Contribute towards continuously improving operational processes.
• Handle clients and other stakeholders professionally through phone and email communications.
• Overlook system with correct and efficient data input.
