Job Description
- Entry passing at Customs/BOI and carrying out examination at RCT/Grayline 1 & scan releasing at port
- Ensure timely, attentive and responsible communication with shipping line/Airline agents and customers in order to keep high standards.
- Opening Job in Logix System and Arrange clearing and forwarding containers/cargo to and from Port/Airport and transfer to respective destinations.
- Arrange the co-ordinating and reporting to the respective authorities in order to facilitate smooth customs clearance
- Arranging transport and coordinating with Customers warehouse / our staff / container depot Etc
- Make sure to send the job files to finance as per the agreed time period in order to dispatch the customer invoice within stipulated time period.
