Job Profile:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Engage with customers to provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and investors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize customer interactions.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Must have G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to discuss financial products persuasively over the phone.
- Experience in conducting satisfaction surveys and utilizing feedback.
