Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Colombo requires Junior Executives in Legal & Secretarial. Responsibilities include legal research, document preparation, secretarial tasks, drafting legal opinions, and maintaining legal records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field and attorney at law
  • Knowledge of legal principles, regulations, and company secretarial
  • Minimum 1 year work experience
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent task prioritization
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
