Job Description
The Person we are looking for
He or she shall be responsible for assisting and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements and on mitigating any associated risk. He or she shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the information technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, review & drafting of Legal Agreements
- Negotiation handling
- Legal advisory on business matters
- Risk mitigation
- Company Secretarial functions
- Liaison with Government Bodies
What we require:
- Attorney-at-Law with 2 years of experience
- Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths
- Proficient in written English
- Microsoft Office skills
- LLM degree preferred
