Job Description
The Job:
- Assist VP Legal/AVP Legal and Team Leader – WB in safeguarding the bank’s interest through drafting and executing security documents for WB.
- Provide legal opinions and advice on security documents for WB.
- Review and draft necessary documents for account opening at WB.
- Vet guarantee formats for Trade Department and offer legal opinions as required.
- Ensure timely drafting and execution of security documents while maintaining quality standards.
- Comprehend the legal framework and Service Level Agreements of the bank.
The Person:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Attorney at Law/Notary Public & Company Secretary.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Company Law & Banking Law.
- Skills in negotiation and drafting legal documents.
- Analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and high levels of motivation and determination.
