Requirements:
- Troubleshooting experience of hardware, software, and operating systems of Windows notebooks is a must.
- At least 6 months of internship experience as a member of a support team responsible for administering Microsoft 365, Office 365 Apps, IT hardware, software systems, and operating systems.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or graduate degree in Information Communications Technology or Computer Networks.
- A hardware and software systems administration professional course from a recognized institute.
- Microsoft 365 and/or Azure Cloud certification will be an added advantage.
