Position: Junior IT Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT role
- Basic knowledge of software applications and systems
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in various IT-related tasks and projects
- Learn and understand current software stack including Airtable, Zapier, Zoho Apps, Slack, Suite, and ChatGPT
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and offering solutions
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operation of IT processes
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures and protocols
What We Provide:
- Salary range: 30-35K
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time onsite
