Position: Junior IT Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT role
• Basic knowledge of software applications and systems

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in various IT-related tasks and projects
• Learn and understand current software stack including Airtable, Zapier, Zoho Apps, Slack, Suite, and ChatGPT
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and offering solutions
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operation of IT processes
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and protocols

What We Provide:

• Salary range: 30-35K
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time onsite
