Industry: Furniture

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

• 6 Months to 1 year of experience in an IT role
• Basic knowledge of software applications and systems.
• Familiarity with any of the current software stack is a plus

What we provide

• 30-35K range
• Monday to Friday
• Onsite- Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in various IT-related tasks and projects.
• Learn and understand the current software stack, including Airtable, Zapier (automations), Zoho Apps, Slack, Suite, and ChatGPT.
• Provide technical support to team members, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of IT processes.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and protocols.

We are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong interest in IT with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
