Job Description
Industry: Furniture
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 6 Months to 1 year of experience in an IT role
- Basic knowledge of software applications and systems.
- Familiarity with any of the current software stack is a plus
What we provide

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in various IT-related tasks and projects.
- Learn and understand the current software stack, including Airtable, Zapier (automations), Zoho Apps, Slack, Suite, and ChatGPT.
- Provide technical support to team members, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of IT processes.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures and protocols.
We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in IT with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of software applications and systems.
- Familiarity with any of the current software stack is a plus
