Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team at All European Careers. As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates through various platforms and working closely with Project Managers to ensure candidate quality. Candidates must be fluent in English.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Search and match qualified candidates through various channels
- Determine applicant qualifications and verify references
- Maintain relationships with professional networks
- Cold call candidates for job opportunities
- Keep candidate records up-to-date and informed of opportunities
Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of IT recruitment experience
- Experience in technical or IT recruiting preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Out-going personality with excellent computer skills
- Comfortable in conducting interviews and exceeding targets
