Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
6 Months to 1 year of experience in an IT role
Basic knowledge of software applications and systems.
Familiarity with any of the current software stack is a plus
What we provide: 30-35K salary range, Monday to Friday, Onsite-Full Time
Responsibilities:
Assist the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in various IT-related tasks and projects.
Learn and understand the current software stack, including Airtable, Zapier, Zoho Apps, Slack, Suite, and ChatGPT.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth IT operations.
Maintain IT procedures and protocols documentation.
We are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
Strong interest in IT, willingness to learn new technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, disciplined, with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of software applications and systems
Familiarity with current software stack is a plus
