Job Description

• Support the human resources department through applicant screening, testing, and interviews.
• Prepare payroll, calculate pay, and maintain records.
• Perform administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks for organizational sustainability.
• Recruit, hire, and train new employees as per departmental needs.
• Evaluate and support current employees as necessary.
• Assign work tasks, create schedules, and manage calendars.
• Make staff travel arrangements and oversee facility management.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, supervise clerical staff, and maintain employee records.
• Create reports, presentations, letters, and manage office space use and supplies.
