Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Handle visa and immigration processes for employees, including preparation and submission of visa applications and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support HR team with various administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and reporting.
• Address employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with specific experience in handling visa and immigration processes.
• Familiarity with HR software and databases.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
