Job Description
Junior HR Executive will be responsible for performing day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining files and records, training, benefits administration, and office administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Increasing employee retention by maintaining a positive work environment
- Managing employee records and attendance monitoring
- Handling inquiries
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English & Sinhala
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role in F&B or Hospitality industry
- Effective communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
