Job Description
The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of HR Business Services unit while implementing and continually improving service and quality standards.
The Job:
- Ensure efficient administration of HR operations related to staff benefits, allowances, reimbursements, employee correspondence, medical insurances, and sundry loans.
- Assist in managing staff final settlements and HRIS administration requirements.
- Efficiently manage HRIS modules through continuous process re-engineering.
- Manage staff insurance covers according to policies and guidelines, updating service providers timely.
- Efficiently handle HR operations for allowances, reimbursements, loans, maternity, and holiday allowances.
- Ensure timely delivery of HR services to business units and support departments.
The Person:
- Diploma/Professional qualification in Business, Banking, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 2 years of Banking experience with HR exposure.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Proficiency in IT literacy and communication.
