Job Description

Job Duties

• Maintaining Health & Safety standards, Machine safety, Electricity, Chemical safety, Boiler safety, fire safety, Security requirements in the factory, and audit tracking reports.
• Provide safety and environmental briefing for visitors.
• Co-ordinate to obtain compliance certification for the plant.
• Knowledge in quality management, social compliance standards, international compliance standards.
• Conduct awareness sessions on health and safety for employees.
• Oversee factory building and maintenance activities.
• Ensure fire safety standards are maintained and conduct drills.
• Review water and energy consumption levels daily and propose improvement ideas.
• Liaise with relevant institutions regarding sustainable manufacturing.
• Provide regular training on behavioral safety and related topics.

Requirements

• Professional Qualifications
• 2-3 years’ experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Good Negotiation and Leadership skills
