The Royal Institute comprises five schools under the name “Royal Institute International School,” along with the Royal Institute of Colombo (RIC) for higher education, the Royal Institute Smart Academy (RISA) online teaching platform, the Royal Institute Center of Skills (RICS) for skills development, and a sports complex. We’re currently hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing team with visually compelling design materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital ads.
• Create engaging digital assets: Social media graphics, infographics, etc.
• Develop website layouts: Ensure user-friendly experience for visitors.
• Collaborate on campaigns: Align with brand identity and objectives.
• Assist in brand guideline creation and maintenance.
• Enhance multimedia content: Ensure high-quality materials.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with high standards and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the education industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with video editing and recording software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Camtasia.
