We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Freight Operations Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import & export shipments
- Coordinate with overseas agents and Customs House Agents
- Review Bills of Lading and Air Waybill, provide shipping instructions
- Prepare manifests and monitor shipment statuses
- Track shipments, update clients, and handle job entries
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Logistics or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in freight operations
- Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes
