Job Description
H Connect International, a leading BPO company under the billion-dollar Hirdaramani Group, is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities include data transfer, creating presentations, managing borrower reporting, updating pipeline activities, and conducting research tasks.
The Job:
- Transfer monthly financial reporting data into models
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations
- Update borrower reporting files
- Update and maintain pipeline in Nutshell
- Clean up data in Excel and create charts
- Conduct ad-hoc research requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial modeling and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented
