Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing WPOS, MPOS, and other related devices
- Conducting test scenarios for devices
- Keeping records of testing, repairs, and fixes
- Managing office electronic devices
- Assisting in technical support for staff
- Conducting electrical safety checks
- Researching and developing new testing scenarios
- Providing support to the retail team
Qualifications
- HNDE/NDT/IET (Electronic) or equivalent Engineering qualification
- Proficient with computers & MS Office applications
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems
- Staying current with technology trends
