Job Description
We are looking for a talented Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team at Punix (Pvt) Ltd. situated in Rajagiriya.
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9.00AM – 6.00PM or 10.00AM – 7.00PM)
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and information.
- Write job descriptions and conduct market research.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers for a positive experience.
- Identify passive candidates through networking and research.
- Manage the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (BPO Industry).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure in an international team.
- Professional HR qualifications are a plus.
