Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Overseas/Local suppliers and arrange the shipments/deliveries on time
• Negotiate freight rates, courier rates, as well as clearance/forwarding rates in line with market rates
• Sign/Renewal of agreements with shipping lines and freight forwarding parties
• Timely purchase of general items & handle the purchasing process of uniforms
• Perform additional duties as requested by management

Person’s Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Finance/Supply chain/Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 1 year experience in Supply chain/Logistics is an advantage
• Good command in MS Office packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in team-oriented and self-directed environments
